Associate Level, 1-3 years
We are looking for a passionate Social Media Specialist who thrives in the world of digital engagement. You’ll be obsessed with diving into analytics, discovering how audiences interact with content, and coming up with innovative ideas to boost engagement.
In this role, you’ll help brainstorm new and exciting ways to attract and retain followers while ensuring our clients gain maximum exposure, generate demand, and connect with their target audiences in meaningful ways.

Essential Functions
The Social Media Specialist will:
- Manage social media accounts for several clients on a daily basis and on multiple platforms
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's overall goals
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and stay ahead of the curve
- Create and manage social media calendars to ensure consistent content delivery
- Create engaging and informative social media content, including text, images, and videos
- Manage and optimize boosted posts on a variety of platforms
- Track campaign performance and ROI to make data-driven decisions
- Interact with clients/vendors/partners on an as-needed basis
- Engage in minor market research to support client initiatives
- Mild graphic creation using pre-defined templates
- Support media team in execution of paid media campaigns, including search, programmatic, video, etc.
- Implement tracking protocols and pixels using Google Tag Manager
- Report weekly internally and monthly to clients on campaign performance and health
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent field, or 3 years applicable experience in lieu of degree
- 1-3 years of experience, preferably in an agency
- Experience managing social media accounts: Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok
- Comfortable working in HubSpot, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer or other social publishing tools
- Working knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
- Strong writing and communication skills
- A sustained curiosity about marketing and buying behaviors
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and clients
- Aptitude in problem solving and strong attention to detail
